Our stay was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the spa was gorgeous - very private. Great breakfast and very clean hotel!!
The only downside to the hotel was that is was further to the main square than we thought. It is advertised as being only a few steps from the main square where as in reality it is a 15 minute walk. I would have preferred to have this information prior to booking.
We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, The staff were friendly, room was clean & adequate. Will stay again if in Prague
Friendly staff, very delicious home made breakfasts, nice location, close to Vyshegrad, one of the attractions
I stayed in a single room and it was too small, only 2 sockets in the corridor which made me uncomfortable as I used my laptop
The toilet didn't work in the first room. We were given a second room which hadn't been made up yet. On the third try, and third room, the toilet didn't work either so I fixed it myself. The shower is terribly designed so that it's easy to hit your head.
The location of the hotel is ok, it is in the center
The staff was absolutely not nice to us. The charged the amont on our credit card (it was booked on Booked.net) without any question or confirmation from our side. I am dissatisfied with this kind of behaviour.
Rooms were comfy, clean, well stocked and bathroom was big. They gave us a complimentary thermal spa hour which was lovely. We were happy with the location, not far at all from the main shops. I thought the breakfast was nice- good selection. Would recommend.
The bath had a shower hose but no holder for it- this combined with no shower curtain meant that it was difficult to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. Thermal spa was lovely but the room was too hot so we didnt last long. Plus the massages were on the expensive side considering you could find cheaper elsewhere
The spa was not good at all, we booked for a massage and the lady never turned up so we had to re-book for later...despite the website saying it had a bar and resturant, they did not have anything.
Heating the way into the bathroom, air conditioning does not work ... in the middle of July: obliged to open the window and enjoy the sound of two big streets on either side of the hotel.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Room small but very comfortable. Free internet- a real bonus. Also complimentary hour in spa room a great treat. Reasonably close to transport, only 5-10 minute walk to train/tram station. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
The brunette girl at the reception (don't know her name). She was service oriented and friendly
We found a letter at our room on the day before departure for a free hour in the spa. Turned out you have to book a day in advance to use the spa. So useless gesture. Breakfast was certainly not 4 star. Small choice and not well arranged. The boy at the reception was rude when I wanted to take my sunglasses from the car (parked in garage). He told me I did not need them since it would not be a sunny day. It was a very sunny day, so I was glad I insisted to get them. The airco was very noisy during the night, even when turned off. Made it hard to sleep. Seemed there were more complaints about it from other people. Don't know about star rating, but I have been in better 3 star hotels.
The shower was good. But I would say Book something else!. This Hotel is very misleading. The Zen style is an ikea picture on the wall.Rooms are very small for two. We travel with only a small carry on suit case and there was enough room for one. The quite street is between two major city streets with high traffic. If you like to Hike It's a hike to the train or anything else.
Book something else! Not a relaxing hotel at all. Very small rooms, No where to relax. When we tried to book the one Jacuzzi for the entire hotel we were told It's not possible.Requested clean towels and sheet in the morning (on our 3rd day) arrived back at the hotel about 5:00pm to shower and change for dinner no clean towels or sheet. The staff told me " this is a problem" because there was no house keeping in the afternoon. When I suggested another room I was told "that would be like we were getting two rooms" The staff couldn't handle a problem like this. The salutation was take the sheets and towels from another room. I suggested it after realizing I was getting nowhere with the staff. The Spa Prices are more than double of other Spa's we used in the city. The front desk often has a sigh up will be right back. Phone in room has no information on it how to call front desk or if there is an emergency...
Everything was excellent, and we thank you for that, except for the space in the room, which was quite restrictive
Not enough space in the room
Very very very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, clean and nice rooms, nice and clean bathroom and shower cabin, standard breakfast. Oh.... and I had such a nice view from my window )))
The hotel room is quite small but comfortable and clean. The location is also ok - 5 mins walking from the metro station where you can also find trams to go to the city centre.
The breakfast service need to be improved - during the five days stay, we were there for breakfast normally one hour before the closing time, but almost everything run out and nobody fil them in again, even for fresh brewed coffee.
Good location, good breakfast, comfortable and clean room.
I asked for non-smoking room and it smelt of smoke. The spa was advertised but the use of the spa is extra charge, unfortuantely.
